The Journal.

The Tweneboah Journal invites original, unpublished first-person stories for its inaugural issue, which concerns romantic relationships and the experiences of men. Submissions are open to all writers.

Each story should center on a specific experience and its significance to the writer. Stories may address, for example, an experience that shaped the writer's understanding of love or commitment, or expectations placed on men in relationships. Perspectives that question traditional notions about gender are welcome, and no particular conclusion is expected. A story need not concern an extraordinary event.

Writers may publish under their own name, a pseudonym, or anonymously.

Submission Guidelines.

Stories should carry a title and run no longer than two pages, single-spaced in 12-point Times New Roman. Please send your story as a Word document or PDF to journal@etfny.org, with “Personal Story Submission” as the subject line. Stories are reviewed on a rolling basis, and submission does not guarantee publication.
