ACCRA. NEW YORK. A LEGACY.
The Foundation Supporting the Institute.
The Elizabeth Tweneboah Foundation bears the name of Elizabeth Tweneboah, our Founder’s grandmother. A trusted mediator and counselor in Ghana, she brought practical wisdom and a deep understanding of relationships to her community. Her life inspires our belief that wisdom and brilliance extend beyond formal credentials. The Elizabeth Tweneboah Foundation carries that legacy forward through education.

The Tweneboah Institute brings the Foundation’s educational vision into the theological study of marriage. Its work connects public seminars, scholarly conversation, and education about relationships. Founded by Christine E. Ohenewah, it carries forward a conviction that serious inquiry can deepen how people understand themselves and one another.
